The Great Beast of London Design.

Maquette the Great Beast of London. My original design based in the description of the beast in the book Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman, the creature is exactly as described with some elements I added to increase the fearsomeness and the disgusting characteristics of the beast, I add the white left eye as a scar of previous battles and the double tip rat tail. I also added the shackle.

One more thing I forgot to say, In the description of the beat the author said that the creature is big like an ox or an elephant, so I decided to include some characteristics of this animals too, I applied the body of a bull to the boar base creature and the tusks of the elephant. I designed fist the skull of the animal for the rest of the design, I will add this sketches soon.


At the end, the design and the maquette were presented together in the class.
